'Dubstep' is a fairly underground genre that's really only just started to make it's way out of the it's low profile scene to a larger audience of the blogosphere and a minority of clubs. I like 'Dubstep', certainty not as much as House or Electro, but I'm getting there with it. It's paced rhythm and sonic bass gaps specifically pockets it into it's own genre, differing so much from mainstream structure.
Here's a taste of 'Dubstep' from Enigma with a remix of 'Imogen Heap's 'Hide and Seek' - which you might recognise from Jason Derulo's - 'Whatcha Say' currently on the charts. I can't stop listening to this track, had it on in the car all weekend, it's flowing in it's genre specific pulses yet chilling at the same time, if this is what 'dubstep' has to offer then I'm liking it.
